Magic Folders makes any folders (directories) you choose and all the files in those folders completely invisible to others yet instantly accessible to yourself. Your invisible folders and files can't be deleted, viewed, modified, or run. For all practical purposes they don't exist. Use Magic Folders to protect your finances, taxes, business and personal documents. Our Review: Very good software for protecting important files on your PC, making them totally invisible for all who don't have the password. It is simple to use and has high level protection - you can't disable it from the system tray or uninstall. Therefore, a recovery floppy disk is neccessary if you forget the password. Care should be taken if you protect system files, because some Windows programs like Chkdsk.exe might not run properly. This program really does its job!
