Search and Replace for Windows 3.1, 95/98/NT/2000 is a search (grep) utility you can use to find one or more strings in multiple files, including files in ZIP archives. Replacements can be done using simple search-replace operations, regular expressions, and scripts. See the Feature List for an outline of the many functions available in Search and Replace.
Our Review:
Many of you will of heard of the *nix tool grep, and this is its Windows relative. It's an incredibly powerful tool that you can use in a number of ways. This program is a must if you work with large text files on anywhere near a regular basis. It's fast, simple and powerful.
