MaxDIR
MaxDIR is intended as a DOS DIR command alternative, presenting a directory of files in a much nicer format using much less screen-space. MaxDIR makes use of sorting, columns, and COLOR in order to assist the user in a multitude of tasks, which include dealing with the brain clutter that occurs when listing files in the current, or any directory. Our Review: This program displays a colourful list of the files of your computer. The list is displayed in text mode, so this is an ideal replacement for the DIR command. In fact, MaxDIR will run on any OS that supports true DOS sessions. No facility for install/uninstall is provided.
