It allows you to monitor the activities of persons on your terminals, even take over and control their work stations, chat online between members of the network and "phone" other users. The phone feature is interesting in that it is a pager-type function, gaining the attention of other users. Also you can schedule tasks to be run on the system, password protect access to the control-user feature and send clipboard information between users on the network. All in all, very easy to use, well supported by help and generally an excellent tool for those looking after a network.
