This application co-ordintes the computers internal clock with that of the international atomic clocks. By doing this and tying it into your region the computer then has an extremely accurate system clock. Everything you need to know about global time is right here, and incredibly, it's free. The program is very easy to use and self-explanatory at most stages so the problems encountered when opening the help documentation are minimal. The web-site offers good support and anything else by this programmer would definitely be worth checking out.
