Performance '95 is a full-featured performance, analysis and control package for Windows 95 and Windows 98. Performance '95 provides full graphical displays of real-time CPU and RAM utilization for all programs and threads. Memory utilization is shown for private and shared address spaces. Performance '95 also reports on over a dozen different metrics for every running program, including program ID's, execution priorities, cumulative CPU time and total time running. Our Review: Although originally devised for Windows 95, this updated program is still useful. Performance 95 provides a real-time update on where your computer's power is going by application, which is handy for identifying high-drain applications that may not need to be run. Performance 95 lets you automatically prioritise or shutdown tasks to free up memory.
