The Decode Shell Extension v4.3 adds a Decode menu item to your Windows 95/98, NT 4.0, Win 2000 Explorer context menu (right mouse button menu) and File menu. It is visible only when exactly one or more files (not folders) are selected. Our Review: This adds the decode menu selection onto file and right-click menu which makes it handy for decoding emails that are saved as text files. Handy but most email clients have a decoding utility anyway which makes this sort of useless for most occasions.
