No author documentation. Our Review: CloseFast2000 is a small utility for tweaking your Windows system as well as startup and shutdown times. It has tools such as system locking, debuggers, fast shutdowns, etc. The interface looks informative enough but its use would require some basic computer knowledge. It also hides itself in the systems tray where you can access some of the system settings. Overall, it is pretty average.
