The PC Security for Windows (tm) offers comprehensive data security protection by performing the following functionality: File locking. Folder locking. Window locking. Shortcut/Program locking. System locking (the whole computer) with different timers and Hot Key. Explorer Control. Restricted System. Intruder Detection with Alarm. Context Menu support (mouse right click to lock and unlock). Flexible and complete password protection. Drag and Drop support. Our Review: This security software is just loaded with features. You can lock up individual files folders, hard drives (using right-click), and even the whole system. Several options can be customised, including the number of tries before the alarm goes off or the time it takes before PC Security takes over. A couple of loopholes though...even when locked, files and folders can still be accessed through DOS and the security does not ask for a password during Windows startup. Aside from those, this software is really good. PC Security can be used for up to 90 days before registration.
