DBFView
DBFView is a convenient utility for viewing, editing, and printing standard DBF format databases (dBase, FoxPro, Clipper, xBase, and so on). In contrast to many analogues, DBFView is completely a Windows95/98/NT program. It has the advantages of working with a graphics interface and a clipboard. DBFView does not require external drivers for connection to databases (such as ODBC or BDE). The program also allows you to add, sort, delete, recall records, view and edit files in OEM (DOS) or ANSI (Windows) character sets, get detailed database information, search in a file. Our Review: This is a mildy useful program for those of us who don't have Microsoft Access or Excel and want to view and edit databases. DBFView does everything that most average users would want to do with thier data (edit, sort etc.) and not much more. Great if you are looking for a low cost viewer without having to spend a lot of money. It reads either DOS(OEM) or Windows(ANSII) characters and comes with a good help file.
