Change Case is a utility used to change filename, directory name case and timestamp automatically. It is specially applied to transfer files between different OSes, beautify the name of files download from the Internet and upgrade to Windows 95/98/NT from MS-DOS. It provides four choices: upper case, lower case, capital case and word capital case. It can search & rename files in subfolders. Our Review: Change Case is an excellent utility that works fast! You can change the case of your filenames, date and times, and convert spaces. It is very easy to use and even newbies should be able to figure it out. Recommended for people who download a lot from the net, web desginers for converting filenames and anyone who wants easier ways to batch rename files. Cons: would be even better if it can add pre- and suffixes as well.
