Space Odyssey fixes and prevents errors by finding and cleaning ( deleting) error-producing and space-wasting garbage files. Space Odyssey operates by regularly scanning your hard drive for various error producing files and then optionally cleaning them from your system for you. Space Odyssey targets specific types of error producing files that common disk utilities, uninstall, defrag, disk-scanning, and sweep-type programs will miss. Our Review: A pretty useful program that scans the hard drive for any useless files (links, web cache files, temporary files and expired registry files). The depth and range of files this managed to find and delete was pretty astounding (hundreds of megs). It takes a while for the program to scan your hard drive, but then again it does return some pretty impressive results. An excellent piece of freeware! Remember, always use a bit of caution when using such programs, and make sure you don't delete anything vital.
