CallerID Monitor is a program which can detect and display various informations of incoming telephone calls. After that, CallerID Monitor lookup for these detected phone numbers in internal Phonebook or in MS Outlook 97/98 (Outlook Contacts). If number is found, program will also display caller name and location of that caller. All incoming calls are added to Call log, which means that when you are away from your computer, you can see all incoming calls later.
Our Review: Aaaaaah, smart idea... With the wonders of Caller ID only beginning to filter towards NZ, many people are now faced with the unpleasant realisation that it costs too much to have both a Telecom message box AND Caller ID, so in a flash of inspiration Zlatko Stumer made a program that checks to see whether the person ringing your house is in your Outlook Address book and, if they are, records their information in a log (person, date, time etc), so you can see who rang. This saves you having a message box, and money too! It's easy to set up, and has a pleasant interface. Good Work Zlatko!
