Before deciding to delete any files it is always a nagging feeling to have a brief look at what those files have. One is obsessed with the feeling that those files might contain useful code written or data gathered some time back. This happens compulsorily when the computer as well as almost all the user created files are yours and also in organizations with dedicated people. DELSPECial is a simple DOS command line driven program that allows one to invoke any program or command to do anything the invoked program/command has provision for, on any file or a particular set of files to help one decide what to do with those files.
