With PhonePad, you can quickly take a message for someone else with a little bit of typing and a few mouse clicks. And if someone has called previously, PhonePad will automatically fill in some of the details for you. Our Review:Great interface and very easy to use. Phonepad can simply reside in your system tray. When you have a message to take, click the icon and go! Drop down menus provide a list of the other people in your office - you can select from an abundance of message types such as 'returning call' or 'enquiring about...'. Addresses can be imported from MS Outlook. I would have liked to see a quicker way of writing messages directly from the system tray, but otherwise an excellent product. |
