The OCS Setup Generator is a an easy to use installation package creator. The wizard-like interface guides you through a six step process for creating a complete setup package for Windows 95/98/Me systems. The program gathers the files for your installation, including any updated system files you specify, and creates a compressed data file. SetupGen also creates a setup.ini file automatically. When the end user starts the setup program, Setup.exe checks for file version information in any system files it attempts to replace and acts accordingly. The setup program has a high quality user interface with customizable OEM bitmap displays, registry handling and error control. Our Review: OCS Setup Generator is a simple wizard-style application that easily creates standard setup packages. After simply filling in a few dialogs and selecting your program files all you have to do is click finish and OCS Setup generates the setup.exe for you, complete with licensing agreements, recommendations to restart your computer and even an uninstall. It may not be the most advanced package out there, but it is flexible enough for most people's needs and is ridiculously easy to use. Recommended.
