Our Review: One of the 12 'Ghost' utilities from 12Ghosts Inc., ShutDown features a number of shutdown functions that both aid and hopefully prevent problems in shutting down, logging off, resetting, etc. The large array of settings and preferences that tweak your shutdowns, as well as the actions themselves are all called from a neat little animated icon in your system tray making 12Ghosts Shutdown as unobtrusive as it is useful. At $10 this feature-filled package is a steal. Highly recommended.
