SmartColor presents the user with a colour picker window that allows you to choose RGB colours or tweak HSB shades (one component at a time - if you wish). The colour picker tool includes a zoom box that hovers - enlarging the colour scape that surrounds the cursor. Once you have selected a suitable colour you can copy it to the clipboard or save it to your custom-colours list. An excellent feature of SmartColor is its 'smart' web-safe detector that will warn you if the colour you selected will not display properly on the web. Included also is a large selection of pre-defined colours for your reference. Very smart.
