Color Explorer is one of the most powerful color pickers there is. There are support for colors in HTML, Visual Basic and plenty other common formats. When you are coding HTML you can use the program to change the values in the BODY tag automatically and you can even create a ready HTML file with all main tags to build upon. Color Explorer got all the features that you can find on other color pickers and it even got more. The latest addition is possibilities to open a GIF/PCX/PSP PAL and chose any of the colors in their palette. The program is very small and can float over your programs. If you don't want to see it, it can rest in the system tray. Our Review: This is quite good! Color Explorer is a generator as well as a color picker. You can configure what color scheme your page will have by selecting them using the several color charts it has. You can then save this to an html file and start writing your page. Alternatively you can use its system tray function to pick colors to clipboard which are then easily pasted onto your html editor. Very easy to use and it's FREEWARE!
