To begin, simply type in the name of the file that you would wish to convert into HTML format. This will include only files in text format; files in formats such as .DOC, .LWP, or .PDF, for example, will not be translated as you see them in the programs used to run them. When typing the filename, it is important that you include the full filename beginning with drive, directory, subdirectory(ies), full name, and current extension. TransHTM will automatically remove the old ending and put a .HTM ending on the translated file. TransHTM will never remove an original file.
Our Review: A DOS program for converting text files into HTML files. It only converts pure text files - files like doc, lwp or pdf, etc. cannot be converted by this program. Easy to use, but with minimal options. Familiarity with DOS would be a benefit.
