TAWAN is a very small utillity made for webmasters who write their own HTML codes instead of the using 'WYSIWYG' editors. (It even fits on a floppy disc !) This very small application is made for speeding up your work by using 'hot-keys' and wizards. Our Review: This program is a nice little html editor that features shortcut buttons for tags to save time in creating web pages. It still contain a few bugs on the interface but TAWAN sure is helpful. It has a built in wizard for mail tos, fonts, as well as a color picker. It is designed for the intermediate to advanced users who know a bit about html tags and how to use them.
