Scribbler program is one of the first (and maybe the first at all) specialized application designed for creating DHTML scripts in JavaScript and VBScript, which are used on WWW pages. Our Review: This program is a very professional, well put together DHTML editor. Scribbler 2000 is feature packed and comes with the full range of HTML and Javascript commands. It's also a VB editor and comes with all of the tools you need. Another cool feature is the 60 built in scripts to do all of those common tasks. Very good!
