WebSpeak will give your web page life and make it much more fun. When someone visits your web page, a Microsoft Agent character pops out and starts talking. You can program the character to speak, or select an animation from many animations. WebSpeak is extra easy to use and no programming or coding knowledge necessary. WebSpeak will create the code for you. It's that simple. Our Review: This is a wicked program for adding animated characters onto your webpages. Comes with four characters and new ones are being developed and can be downloaded from the developer's site for US$9.95. It is straight-forward and easy to use. The program can be used to generate the html code where it can be copied straight onto your html text editor. The downsides are web pages load much slower and the fact that users require MS Agent on they're PC and it will also slow down the loading time of your PC. So beware of this.
