POWER HTML Our Review: This is a great little HTML text editor that allows the user to go their own way with their Web Authoring. Other than providing you with multiple windows, it does little else to help you design the pages. Once you feel you have completed the pages, it has a little preview utility included, as well as some functions for you to upload your pages quickly and easily onto the Web.
