MCS Web Creator can be used to create, edit and save multiple HTML documents in one editing session. The browse capability is currently dependent upon Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 being installed. In future releases, there will be an option for using a default internal browser rather than IE. Our Review: This program is about as basic as they get in this field. MCS Web Creator has the advantage of providing instant access to the absolute rudiments of HTML editing. There's not much help available, so if you're an experienced user with the need for a package that gets back to basics then this may be the one for you. It's free and quick to download so why not?
