It is a program for making webpages in HTML code... Our Review: As another addition to the growing list of freeware HTML editors available, Alex's HTML Editor has few features to recommend it. It has the very basic functions, but that is all. With very little help and some bad-for-the-eyes backgrounds, this editor is definitely not the best out there. Sorry Alex - avoid.
