IMS Web Dwarf is low on thrills but high on ease of use. You won't find yourself lost or confused with this program - you'll be able to quickly and easily create a web page in a matter of minutes. It includes a number of tutorials to get the first time author up and running. This is an excellent program for a novice web author, or someone who wants simple pages quickly.
