Optimized for Web: Internet pages and powerful sites editing (no CD Wizard, and some advanced functions not included); With iPer you can quickly and efficiently produce professional quality hypertext documents, such as: Web sites, Internet and Intranet pages, multimedia CD (with automatic install), catalogues, e-books, hypertext, policy and procedure manuals, laws, with cross references, health and safety manuals, training manuals, technical manuals, software user guides, on-line help systems, specifications, minutes. Our Review: This is the full iPer package. This html editor contains a huge amount of options, if there is anything you want to do with your webpage then this program can help you do it. Buttons, forms, pictures, sounds, movies, none of it a problem. There is even a clipart package that you can download as well. Overall, this worked pretty well although some of the options can be confusing and a basic user would probably be inundated at first but after a while it becomes much clearer.
