Horizon Web Text is a text editor for 32-bit Windows designed for the creation of HyperText Markup Language documents for the Worldwide Web. This program requires some basic knowledge of HTML, and is designed with this assumption. There are many excellent resources on the web for beginners to HTML, Horizon is not intended to serve this purpose. If you do know some basic HTML you will find that Horizon Web Text, with its clean interface and powerful text editing features, makes creating and maintaining your web pages fast and easy. Our Review: Horizon Web Text is a good little propram with a tidy Windows-style interface. It includes built in features such as table creation where the HTML is written for you once you specify a few things. It also allows for Project creation (ie. group files together). Overall, pretty good.
