Use WEBINET to create animated sites under Windows 95/98/NT, compatible with Internet Explorer and Netscape V4 or more without HTML knowledge. Our Review: WEBINET is a webpage creation utility that facilitates the task of coding HTML and simple Java. With WEBINET all functions that would normally require knowledge of Java (such as pop-up menus) can be created with the included wizards. Online questionnaires and forms can be created easily and the obtained data can be saved to any specified location. WEBINET also has the added ability of being an online animation editor - allowing you to place moving images on your site and even allows you to create separately viewable multi-language sites. The features of WEBINET make it a very useful editor and, although the interface is a little poor, the help files are an excellent accompaniment.
