Movies Lite is a freeware GIF Animator. It will produce an animated GIF-file from a series of ready made BMP, GIF or JPG images, or you can Create Frames within Movies. Both imported frames and frames created from scratch can be edited in the Frames Editor. Our Review: Not very easy to use, but packed with features. The user has to select a series of images from their hard drive, or animate a single image using one of the built in features, and Movies will create a GIF animation. The built in features are along the lines of rotate image, and fade in, although the quality is not as good as a professional graphics program. This lite version is free (and good value), and the pro version is available with a few extra features.
