Thumbnails and HTML code including hyperlinks are automatically generated. Our Review: HTML Thumbail Creator is a small, wizard-style program that can quickly create an HTML page of thumbnails. The user gets to choose the graphic files and a few other frivilous options but that is it. While it is so easy a trained monkey could operate it, the results were rather bugged when displayed in a browser. Still, if you are after a fast, easy way to create a page of thumbnails, this may be worth a try.
