It is similar to MS Frontpage where you have a normal WYSIWYG window, an HTML editor window ( which supports color tagging ), and a preview window. LiveSite functions in a much more user-friendly manner though, as you have a wizard creating your web page in the beginning, after which everything will be set up...from the template to mouse over effects. All you have to do is update the contents and upload them using LiveSite's uploader. Easy Peazy! Personal (and other) templates are also available for you to use. What else can you ask for from FREE software?!
