Dutch's HTML Editor Professional v3.0 is a totally functional program, easy to use for both, experienced HTML creators and novices. Tasks such as creating DHTML, HTML frames, CSS, or HTML image maps are done visually with a few clicks and without understanding of HTML code. Downloadable version 3.0 is the newest version of Dutch's HTML Editor Professional and it contains all required files including Help Files and CSS Tutorial. Our Review: This program is a very comprehensive package with an excellent range of features presented in fine style. It would have been a five star review but for the lack of readme and tutorial and the unfortunate propensity for some of the quick keys to crash the program without an autosave. This problem may or may not occur on the registered version. With some more work on the technical side, this could be a contender.
