Color Cop
Color Cop v4.0 converts RGB decimal values to RGB Hexadecimal Triplets. It has a built in color picker, color preview, auto copy to clipboard, and an eyedropper to choose colors anywhere on the screen. Color Cop now has support for Delphi Hex color codes. Our Review: WOW! It's so amazingly simple to use! And it works! Just type in the RGB values or choose the color from the Windows style chooser and you are away laughing. Then copy the hex value from the clip board and put it in your web page. Works with HTML and Delphi code, can give you random colors, reverse colors. Cool!
