BK Colour Coder is designed to be a one-stop solution to manipulating the tag in an HTML document. It supports the changing of margins, background images and, of course, colours for all the different document properties. This last one is by far the most powerful aspect of the program; hence the name. Our Review: A good program for prescribing colors to HTML tags. You can pick colors for backgrounds, text, links, and margins, then save your choices to a text file to insert into an HTML document. Very easy to use and worth a look if you are wanting an easier way to pick colors for your web pages (if you don't have a WYSIWYG editor).
