Dutch's HTML Frames v1.1 is another stand - alone program that is also included in Dutch's HTML Editor. It also uses Clipboard to store information about generated frames, which can be inserted into any HTML (Text) document. It combines columns and rows with speed and move of a mouse which allows user to make frames within few seconds ! Our Review: The Frames wizard that is included in this makes the creation of frames as easy as a few clicks of the mouse. The frames wizard is really only a great addition to a fantastic program. Dutch's HTML Frames also allows a user to create their own full webpage. It has a very useful layout, allowing a user to rapidly and easily access the code for any tags they might need. However, this is not a utility for a beginner. While it would be possible for a beginner to create a webpage using this, they would find it difficult and there are other utilities that they should use. Dutch's HTML Frames would be best used by a user who knows some HTML.
